Questions owners ask
Do you need my passwords?
No. You invite us as a team member to your domain and Google listing. We never ask for a password, and we remove ourselves at handover.
What if I don't pay the balance?
Your site stays on the private preview and never goes live on your domain. After 14 days the project closes and the deposit covers the work done.
Do I own the website?
Yes, once the balance is paid. The domain is in your name and you get the full site files. If you leave care, you can move it anywhere.
What happens if I want a new feature later?
We quote it as a separate job. Care covers only the version in your signed scope, which is why it costs $12 and not $120.
Will it handle more customers as I grow?
Your site runs on a global network built for far more traffic than a local business sees. Growing traffic won't need a rebuild.
How do I pay from outside India?
Card or PayPal through a secure payment link. You get an invoice for every payment.
What do I need to have ready?
Your logo, 5–20 photos you own, your prices, and access to your domain if you already have one. The 20-minute intake form lists everything.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, until we start building. After that it covers work already done. See Refunds.
